Job Description: Role purpose The Workspace Engineer provides responsive, high-quality desk-side, remote and meeting-room technology support for the Asia Pacific user community. The role combines broad end-user computing capability with strong hands-on audio-visual and conferencing support, ensuring users, executives and business teams can work and collaborate effectively. The engineer owns incidents and service requests through resolution and contributes to operational readiness, documentation, service improvement and technology deployments.
