As part of Group Retirement Solutions (GRS), the mandate of the National Education Team is to engage plan members in participating in their group retirement program. We create education and communication materials to prompt members to act and make decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Member Education, you will support the development and delivery of effective member education materials to engage plan members and grow plan members’ assets in their group retirement plans. Position Responsibilities: Administration : Create enrollment and other member communication materials in a range of formats. Enter descriptions of plan benefits and other data in Manulife’s systems. Review materials for accuracy and readability to ensure quality and usability. Identify discrepancies between documents. Coordinate the translation of materials when required. Ensure enrollment and other communication materials receive all required approvals and are read
