Working with Senior Procurement representatives your responsibilities may include the following: Develop a comprehensive understanding of RBC spend for multiple categories. Build in-depth Supplier Management knowledge and provide valuable support and guidance to RBC Business Unit with supplier management activities. Participate in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts for various products and/or services. Mitigate RBC risk exposure by ensuring that the RBC contract standards are followed. Assist the Procurement team and businesses in the acquisition of goods and services. Develop performance related metrics to measure and report upon RBC, Supplier and sourcing effectiveness. Evaluate / recommend potential cost savings resulting from contract / relationship reviews. Mitigate risk by educating RBC Business Units on the Supplier Management process.
