CIP the RO, Separator, Whey UF, and the polisher. Clean CIP rooms. Clean outside of Whey plant as necessary. Inspect the CIP filters and document. Complete pre-operational inspections and document. Maintain clean CIP tanks. Visually inspect them daily and clean as needed. Check chemical strengths with kits; responsible for completion of all associated documentation. Assist other employees from all departments in cleaning when needed throughout the facility. Lift and move 55-gallon containers of chemicals. Check water filters weekly and replace as necessary. Monitor CIP equipment and chemicals. Visually check equipment after CIP. Perform various plant sanitation duties as needed. Need to obtain forklift certification within 15 days. Break down and clean equipment and pumps. Change seals, and gaskets on all equipment and lines. Perform housekeeping duties in all assigned areas. Overt
