Provide advanced operational instruction and training support for Weapon System Officers (WSOs) on the Boeing P-8A Poseidon platform. Deliver high-quality classroom, simulator, and mission-based training to military personnel across various Nationalities, ensuring students achieve the required operational standards for maritime patrol, reconnaissance, surveillance, and mission systems employment. CAE is advertising for a part-time role, which will be a job share, requiring 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Deliver WSO instruction on the Boeing P-8A Poseidon in accordance with approved training syllabi and regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver classroom, simulator, synthetic, and mission-focused training activities, delivering the content of LSPECs and ASPECs. Instruct students in the operation and tactical employment of P-8A mission systems, sensors, communications, and weapons systems. Support the design, development, review, and maintenance of courseware, lesson plans, training manuals, and instructional materials.
