Description CAE is seeking an experienced Weapons Instructor to deliver advanced training on the Boeing P-8A Poseidon platform. The successful candidate will provide instruction on the tactical employment of airborne weapons, mission systems, maritime patrol operations, and combat mission planning to support military aircrew/groundcrew operational readiness . Responsibilities include: Delivery of classroom, simulator, synthetic, and scenario-based instruction on Boeing P-8A weapons employment and mission systems. Weapons Instructors shall perform the following services: Support to engineering course design and maintenance, including provision of generic engineering training advice on course content and objectives; Student mentoring; Lesson preparation; Instruction, delivering the content of LSPECs and ASPECs; Post lesson activities; and Other OCU activities, as directed by Buyer.
