The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of the leadership team for a brand new 300,000 sq foot facility that opened in the Spring of 2025. In this role, you will directly supervise and coordinate all activities within the distribution center to achieve expected results. Key responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; employee scheduling, performance, training, recruiting and retention; sanitation, quality, safety, and environmental activities. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Transportation, and Resupply; fulfilling all responsibilities in an organized and safe manner and in accordance with the company’s policies, OSHA, and regulatory requirements. **Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday), with flexibility per business needs.
