The successful candidate will work closely with Managing Directors, business owners, private equity investors, family offices, and strategic acquirers to deliver high-quality advisory services across a broad range of sell-side, buy-side, and capital advisory assignments. This position requires strong transaction execution capabilities, client relationship management skills, business development experience, and a deep understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies.
