Job Description What is the opportunity? As Vice President, Financing Specialists, you are an integral part of the regional management leadership team and play a key role in the realization of Regional Banking objectives through the close collaboration with key partners and clients, in structuring, delivery and management of bank lending solutions across the mid-market customer base. What will you do? · Lead a team of high-performing Senior Financing Specialists and Financing Specialists focused on structuring, execution, and monitoring of bi-lateral loan transactions, including strong credit submissions and presentations that support the request. · Collaborate closely with commercial relationship managers, regional leaders and other relevant internal RBC partners including Group Risk Management, operations, compliance, and specialized finance partners (Leasing, Trade Finance, etc.).
