Supports the origination and structuring of corporate lending transactions for both Sponsor & Non Sponsor transactions, and coordinates with other products as an integral part of a larger coverage team that maintains strong client relationships. Includes providing lending expertise for a variety of sectors, establishing credit facilities to support leveraged buyouts (LBOs), mergers and acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, add-on acquisitions as well as Investment Grade / sub investment grade transactions. trading products business and facilitating credit approvals in support of Trade Finance products. Also provides ongoing management of the lending portfolio. Contributes to growing / elevating the BMO and BMO Capital Market brand with a commitment to and presence in the community. Operates as key member of the deal team with efforts to maximize sector penetration and returns. Institutes cross-selling initiatives to increase ranking with clients. Monitors client, client industry and regulatory age
