Job Description What is the opportunity? This senior regional leadership role will lead, coach and develop a team of business markets professionals to support client retention, acquisition and growth, optimizing revenue and providing superior customer service to our small business client segment. You will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, pursue market opportunities, and profile/enhance RBC’s brand with governments, specific industry segments and community groups. Your priority is to lead your team and work closely with RBC partners to help RBC maintain its dominant position in the marketplace. Your passion in creating success for our small business clients, employees, and communities is the cornerstone of your success in this opportunity. Ideally, the most suitable candidate will be those individuals who understand the dynamics and financing challenges associated with our small business enterprise community. *The successful candidate must be located in and fully mobile across the Ontario North East region.
