The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience and deep knowledge of financial instruments combined with a keen understanding of capital markets and business acumen. The Opportunity: As a Valuations Financial Instruments, Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide valuation of financial instruments such as debentures with embedded derivatives, options, structure products, contingent considerations, management equity plans, commodity contracts, private credits, venture capitals. Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products in accordance with agreed-upon timel
