To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing Our Compliance team helps protect CIBC, our clients, and the communities we serve by managing regulatory risk with care, consistency, and sound judgment. As a Sanctions Analyst, you’ll support sanctions screening activities by reviewing escalated alerts, researching individuals and entities, and assessing transactions against applicable sanctions requirements, internal policies, and screening guidance. You’ll investigate potential matches, determine whether alerts are false positives or require escalation, and document your findings clearly and accurately. You’ll also partner with colleagues across Compliance, Operations, and business teams to gather information and support timely alert resolution. In this role, you’ll contribute to a strong
