Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to write legibly. Operate the milk UF. Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher’s and Sampler’s license. Must be able to take and pass a Pasteurizer test and Weigher’s and Sampler’s test given by the State Inspector. Will have 3 months from being placed in job to obtain license. Operate UF 85 pasteurizer HTST #3. Break relief for milk receivers. Able to perform all milk receiving job functions. CIP milk UF, UF 85 HTST, milk silos, cream silos, tankers, UF silos, lines, and all associated equipment. Able to perform chemical titrations. Clean all drains in raw area. Load out liquid products. Maintain and clean starter and raw CIP tanks. Maintain housekeeping in raw areas. Receive bulk liquids. Able to operate Charm SL testing (antibiotics) to PMO regulations. Able to pull samples for
