Position Description: Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Metallurgical Technician to join our team at our Turquoise Ridge operations. As part of the team, the successful candidate will be a team player adding to our already, diverse, yet rewarding working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in process mining and metals. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will safely and efficiently perform: Assist in metallurgical studies by executing sampling plans, preparing, and analyzing samples both in a lab and process plant setting. Perform routine sampling, metallurgical lab test work, and data entry/analysis. Lab tests include, but are not limited to, acid leach tests, carbon quality control testing, plant sampling, solution analysis, sample preparation, particle size analysis, and plant inventory sampling.
