Job Description The Treasury Services Associate role is a vital coverage team member that plays an integral part in acquiring, manage and maintain the client relationships. This position is designed to provide the tools required to evolve and progress the skillsets needed to grow in RBCs treasury organization. This role allows an individual to develop over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury group such as a cash management sales position What will you do? ( Job Responsibilities ) Work with treasury sales on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability models Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research Develop an understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market Work with treasury sales solutions throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure service
