You will be responsible for setting up and leading transformation teams, including the PMO practices, Project Management teams, driving thought leadership and sales activities within a consultancy environment Our PMO & Project Management Managed Services Team, focuses on assisting clients that are going through large transformations ($100 Mil - $5 bil) by providing services that cover transformation strategy, transformation risk management, transformation program management or other related services. The core focus of this team is to work with clients that are going through large transformation programs and help them make these programs successful. We bring an integrated people, process and technology approach to these projects and can support the client from “strategy to execution” with their transformation program.
