Job Description What is the Opportunity Join RBC Investor Services as a Financial Processing Administrator where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experience through accurate and efficient transaction processing. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced financial services environment, handling diverse mutual fund and segregated fund operations while contributing to process improvements across the organization. What Will You Do Pre-screen, prepare, and input financial and non-financial transactions (account setups, address changes, redemptions, purchases, switches, direct trades, and wire orders) by standard cut-off times Monitor and clear workflow/capture items within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Reconcile and settle daily trades, process deposits, and manage cheque operations Apply quality control procedures and audit transactions to ensure accuracy Message accounts where unusual actions have occurred and escalate issues appropriately Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues Provide feedback to team members and suggest process improvements Support manager in updati
