⠀ As the Training Manager , you will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of flight training activities across your assigned simulator fleet and training region at our London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley . Reporting to the Manager Training Services, you will ensure training operations are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, approved training manuals, customer requirements, and CAE standards. This role combines Training Manager responsibilities with active simulator instructor duties, requiring the successful candidate to maintain instructional capabilities and contribute directly to training delivery. You will provide leadership, operational oversight, instructor development, and customer support while maintaining instructional competency within the assigned training programme. Working closely with the Head of Training, Deputy Head of Training, instructor teams, scheduling, regulatory, technical, customer service, and sales functions, you will support training excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
