Opportunity: The Manulife Bermuda Branch was created to address the estate preservation and life insurance needs of high-net-worth clients. This branch caters specifically to distribution partners in the International High Net Worth Life Insurance market. Reporting to the Titles Manager, this position will work closely with Case Management and Distribution teams. Position Responsibilities: Review policy ownership structures including individuals, entities, and trusts, identifying ultimate beneficial owners for risk assessment Conduct client risk assessments ensuring the appropriate level of due diligence has been provided to satisfy regulatory requirements at the time of onboarding and for inforce policy changes Review legal collateral assignment documents, noting any discrepancies between the submitted document and approved versions, ensuring it is in good order prior to acknowledgement Meet established service standards in terms of turnaround time and quality, while prioritizing urgent cases and critical issues Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business processes Required Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention
