Minimum Requirements: Three years of in-house, full cycle recruitment experience A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent years experience Strong computer skills including proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems An excellent ability to assess talent and and provide guidance and coaching to help leaders fill vacant roles Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with hiring leaders, HR partners, and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
