We focus on all technology-related aspects of a transaction — pre- and post-close — including Technology Due Diligence (Product Technology, IT & Cyber), IT Integrations, IT Carve-outs/Separations, and Technology/Digital Value Creation. Our work spans a wide range of industries and deal types, serving Corporate, Private Equity and Pension Fund clients alike. Our team assists Corporate, Private Equity and Pension Fund clients with the technology dimensions of their acquisition, integration, and divestiture activities. This team supports clients in all technology-related aspects of a deal, pre- and post-completion, including: Technology Due Diligence: Buy- and sell-side assessments of Product Technology, Software, Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as the supporting IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations to inform/
