This role focuses on Electronic Content Management (ECM) and emerging technologies, requiring expertise in platforms such as OpenText, IBM FileNet, OnBase , or similar tools. You will lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable enterprise solutions while working across the full software development lifecycle in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support enterprise ECM and application platforms Lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through deployment and production support Build secure, scalable, and high-performing systems Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams Maintain and enhance existing systems to meet evolving needs Ensure system performance, stability, and cross-platform compatibility Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise app
