Leads end-to-end architecture analysis, design and delivery on banking consulting and implementation programmes, combining deep domain expertise with a strong command of modern technologies to shape clients' digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture analysis, design and delivery on banking transformation programmes, acting as the primary technical reference for clients and delivery teams. Define target-state architectures spanning core banking, digital channels, payments, cards and CRM. Drive migration from monolithic platforms towards modular, API-first, cloud-native architectures. Produce high-level designs, architecture diagrams, flow diagrams and other design artefacts to communicate solutions effectively. Define and lead technology and solution roadmaps in collaboration with client stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend core banking packages and ecosystem solutions (Temenos, Mambu, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, nCino, Salesforce FSC, etc.). Support pre-sales activities: proposals, RFP responses, solutioning and effort estimations. Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of technical excellence.
