Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and hardware inventory processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and capacity planning within ServiceNow environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware asset management platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
