Hiring Unit: Athletics and Recreation POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Head Coach- Basketball, the Assistant Coach - Technical Specialist – Redbirds supports the coaching staff with high-level, day-to-day coaching and administrative responsibilities. The position focuses on student-athlete development, competitive preparation, performance analysis, and operational support within the basketball program. Primary Responsibilities Support practice and game planning by assisting in the organization and execution of training sessions, skill development drills, and competitive strategies as directed by the Head Coach.
