Position Position Summary: Under the direction of the Martlet Basketball Head Coach, the technical specialist - Assistant Coach will assist the full-time staff with various duties related to the administration, training, and competing of the women's basketball program. Primary Responsibilities: Record activities during a game and keep track of statistics. Analyze data and identify game/team/athlete activity/competency trends during the game and post-game. Compile statistics and produce reports for the coaching staff to review Assist in practices and off-season workouts with individual skill development Support coaching staff in the implementation of practice and game plans.
