About the Team The Hybrid Cloud organization is responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of RBC’s cloud footprint across AWS, Azure, and On-Premise environments. The Technical Program Management team sits at the center of this effort - translating business priorities into coordinated technical delivery, removing cross-team friction, and ensuring our engineering organization ships reliable, secure, and compliant infrastructure and platform capabilities at scale. About the Role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who combines strong program management fundamentals with hands-on fluency in Agile delivery and cloud technology, and who is excited to apply AI tools thoughtfully to make program delivery faster, more consistent, and more scalable. This is not a “traditional” program manager role. You'll be expected to actively identify where AI-enabled workflows - for reporting, risk detection, status synthesis, documentation, dependency mapping, and more - can reduce manual overhead and improve the quality and repeatability of program execution, while maintaining the judgment and stakeholder trust that o
