Lab related Work : Prepare the experiments and demonstrate critical steps for the labor experiments listed below: Tissue culture cells growing and propagation site directed mutagenesis -PCR-, Bacterial transformation, Minipreps Restriction digestion and analysis, DNA sequencing analysis Transient transfection and mounting slides for confocal microscopy Help to prepare the flow cytometry datasets needed for the data analysis sessions.
