Job Description: Operate as an integral member of the FX Operations team, supporting a positive, inclusive and control-focused environment across London, Toronto and Singapore. Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, counterparties, custodians, depositories, Technology and other Operations teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of trade, confirmation, settlement and reconciliation issues. Support global handovers and cross-location coverage, sharing clear status updates on outstanding confirmations, settlement deliverables, cash and currency breaks, nostro reconciliation items and settlement exceptions and client queries. Contribute to team capability through knowledge sharing, procedure maintenance, cross-training and support for colleagues across the end-to-end FX processes.
