With overall responsibility for delivery, process design, controls, and the Direct Tax digital/automation journey, this role is instrumental in advancing a ‘Tax nirvana’ vision—one where automated, robust, and optimized processes underpin strategic outcomes. The incumbent will champion the integration of technology, drive end-to-end automation, and ensure tax technical rigor, collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams.
