Our team specialises in providing corporate secretarial, corporate advisory and corporate governance support to our clients. You’ll help provide legal support in a wide array of specialty areas from corporate, commercial and banking to cyber security and technology. Our Tax and Legal Services (Corporate Services) practice is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team at the manager level. An attorney called to the Bar in Barbados or other Commonwealth jurisdictions. A minimum of 4 years relevant post qualification experience. A specialist designation in corporate secretarial practice
