Provision of tax advisory services related to deals / transactions including buy side & sell side tax due diligence work Provision of tax structuring services related to transactions or advice on a post-transaction basis including group reorganizations and day to day tax advice. To carry out technical research on tax legislation or jurisprudence in order to assess sophisticated issues in a wide spectrum of tax matters.
