PwC Bermuda is looking for a collaborative and digitally confident recruitment professional to support the Human Capital team. The Recruitment Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping create a responsive, consistent and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strong process discipline. From managing requisitions and candidate pipelines to coordinating interviews, reporting and offer-stage handovers, you will help keep recruitment activity moving with quality, care and pace. You will also use Workday, Microsoft 365 and GenAI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency, communication and insight. In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who a
