About the Role We’re looking for an organized, thoughtful, and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional recruiting experience at Tailscale. Reporting initially to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to keep recruiting processes running smoothly and efficiently. Over time, this role is expected to align under our Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs function as that team evolves. This is more than a scheduling role.
