Position Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director, Administration of the McGill Office of Sustainability (MOOS), the Sustainability Officer provides efficient and effective support to the sustainability objectives of the University by mobilizing student, staff and faculty in engagement programs. Responsible for planning, developing and expanding existing engagement programs in sustainability (such as Sustainable Workplace Certification, Sustainable Events Certification, Sustainability Projects Fund, etc.) and manage their suite of volunteers. Develop additional engagement programs, based on the needs. Work closely with the Student Housing and Hospitality (SHHS) to conduct engagement activities and enhance the sustainability aspects of SHHS operations.
