Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally. Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing. Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment. Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc. Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field. 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
