Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor role forms a key part of our leadership team. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading our production employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the proper allocation of resources and objectives are met for quality, health and safety, food safety, efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures the safe, efficient and effective use of the workforce, equipment and material resources; Provides leadership, direction, guidance, supervision, evaluation, motivation and training of production employees.
