Overview of the role: Saputo is seeking a Production Supervisor, for an existing opportunity within our organization . Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for leading our production employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure objectives are met for quality, safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the processing and packaging of our products. How you will make contributions that matter: Ensures the safe, efficient and effective use of the workforce, equipment and material resources; Provides leadership, direction, guidance, supervision, evaluation, motivation and training of production employees. Schedules equipment and personnel to ensure production requirements/targets are met on a timely basis; Effectively uses operational data daily to measure and communicate trends; reinforces positive results and initiates corrective actions
