Overview of the Role As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Automation Supervisor is responsible for improving, streamlining, and automating the manufacturing process while maintaining product quality and adhering to company policy and external regulations. This role will also be responsible for supervising the day-to-day maintenance operations in the plant. The position requires planning, implementation, and monitoring of the electrical PLC, programming and automation process and the maintenance plan. The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and oversee all repairs and projects within the plant.
