Job Description What is the opportunity? Responsible for leading and overseeing Corporate Actions within Securities Operations. This role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manages team escalations, and provides expert guidance on complex settlement and asset transition requirements. The supervisor drives operational excellence, implements risk mitigation controls, and ensures all transactions are processed in accordance with RBC policies, regulatory circulars, and local requirements. Working hours : 3.00PM -12.00AM / 4.00PM -1.00PM What do you need to succeed? Responsible for effective management of Corporate Actions workflows including and not limited to adherence to SLA, handling escalations from team members, technical support for team members and workload review. Provide subject matter expertise around complex Corporate Actions handling in support of the team processing requirements and responsibilities. Contact counterparties to liaise with escalation matters. Role covers: > Corporate Actions Lifecycle Management from announcement through to Entitlement Processing. > Calculation of Unit Trust Distributions in line with Group 1 + Group 2 payment splitting
