Environmental Superintendent – ARK Project Position Description Kibali Gold Mine seeks to recruit an Environmental Superintendent for the ARK Project feasibility study. The Environmental Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the environmental workstreams required to support the ARK Project feasibility study. This includes Environmental and Social Impact Assessment activities, environmental baseline studies, licensing and permitting, environmental management planning, contractor environmental compliance, land disturbance controls, rehabilitation planning, and the implementation of environmental management requirements aligned to ISO 14001:2015. The role will work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure that environmental risks, obligations, permits, and commitments are identified, managed, and integrated into project planning and execution. The Environmental Superintendent will support safe, compliant, and responsible project development while contributing to Barrick’s commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainable mining and leaving a positive legacy in host communities.
