Designed to build a pipeline of future talent, this program exposes interns to sales strategy, financial products, and client engagement while working alongside Internal Sales leadership and business partners. Students will gain practical knowledge of investments and sales systems, sharpen their professional skills, and expand their networks across the organization. Position Responsibilities Learn foundational industry knowledge including investments, financial products, privacy/compliance, and the John Hancock business model. Train on core sales systems such as Salesforce, Brightscope Beacon, investment comparison tools, and other prospecting resources. Support retirement sales divisions by conducting research, preparing reports, and contributing to internal projects
