This Change Management Intern role is an opportunity to contribute to the continued scaling of change management practices across Canada and US Retirement. The incumbent will help deliver practical tools, templates, insights, and reporting that improve consistency and efficiency across the change lifecycle. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in change enablement, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, reporting, and executive storytelling within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The experience will culminate with outcomes summarized in an executive-ready capstone deliverable. Position Responsibilities: • Support the design and delivery of a repeatable, end-to-end change management toolkit, including lifecycle views, artifact mapping, change summary templates, and usage guidance. • Build or enhance standardized change management artifacts that include clear purpose, ownership, accountabilities, definition-of-done criteria, and practical instructions for use. • Partner with change management stakeholders across Canada and the US through working sessions, feedback cycles, and co-development activities to ensure outputs are relevant and usable. • Impro
