Key Responsibilities · Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology by conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, and offering general product counsel support as the business prepares offerings to go to market. · Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact, together with other members of the team, for the business and assets teams · Collaborate with other teams within GSL and across legal, including colleagues in Resale, Strategic Partnering, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams · Support the Contracting team as product counsel and subject matter expert regarding playbooks, templates and occasional deal support. Support Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in evaluation of prospective acquisition AI & Data targets. Assist the team with legal research.
