This role is accountable for delivering credible, timely, and consistent cost control, forecasting, and reporting in support of Maintenance, Turnarounds, and Construction (MTAC) activities. The role enables disciplined financial performance through standardized cost engineering practices, supporting safe, cost-effective, and reliable asset delivery aligned with Shell Chemicals' MTAC objectives. This position is part of the MTAC Central Team and supports site-based Maintenance, Turnarounds, and Construction (MTAC) activities across U.S. Shell Chemicals sites. The Cost Engineer works closely with MTAC Execution, Planning & Scheduling, Contracting & Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure cost transparency, compliance with Shell Chemicals' financial controls, and informed decision-making.
