The Design Systems team creates the visual and interaction foundations that help Vanta deliver coherent, accessible, and high-quality experiences across the product. This team partners across the EPD organization to build the systems, patterns, and practices that enable product teams to move faster while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability.
As a Staff Visual Product Designer focused on Design Systems at Vanta, you will shape the visual language of our product and the systems that bring it to life. You will define and evolve scalable patterns across our design and engineering ecosystems, partner closely with product designers and engineers, and help create a cohesive experience for customers navigating complex security and compliance workflows. You’ll combine exceptional visual craft with systems thinking, product judgment, an
