Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: The UI Foundation team has a deep history at Airbnb, responsible for the design system, accessibility, motion, and the tooling that connects how Airbnb designs and builds products. Within UI Foundation, the UI Tooling team is the connective tissue between Airbnb's Design Language System and the day-to-day workflows of hundreds of designers, engineers, and product managers across the company. UI Tooling owns the platforms, integrations, and tooling that power how designers, engineers, and product managers work - spanning design tooling, UI engineering workflow tooling, collaboration platforms, and increasingly, AI-powered workflows across all three. As AI enablement for designers and engineers accelerates, this team sits at the center of some of Airbnb's most strategic infrastructure investments. Th
