Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 09/15/2026 About this opportunity: The Staff Instrumentation Engineer position involves participation in proposed modifications and daily technical support of instrumentation and control systems. This position requires provision of input to investigative studies, regulatory maintenance programs and safety/production/drilling enhancement initiatives. The role includes responsibility for the basic design principles for electronic instrumentation, pneumatic instrumentation, hydraulic instrumentation, analyzers, and the control systems used for measurement, indication, control, and safeguarding of production, utility, and marine facilities. This includes specific knowledge of SIF (Safety Instrumented Functions) for Emergency Shutdown as well as Fire and Gas detection systems. As part of a multi-discipline team, the position requires collaboration with and seeking input from all other disciplines and departments in support of Operations.
