We’re hiring a Staff Applied Scientist to help build the knowledge and AI foundation behind Loopio’s products.
This role is for someone who has built knowledge graphs and AI agents in production and wants to own the science behind them. As a Staff-level scientist, you’ll also set technical direction, mentor senior talent, and shape how applied ML is done across the team.
This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 11 am - 7:30 pm IST.
This is a remote-first role where you can work from anywhere in India.
💻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Applied Science
- Design and build knowledge graphs that turn unstructured content into structured, reliable knowledge.
- Build agents and agentic retrieval systems that find, check, and use that knowledge.
- Use feedback from real users to keep knowledge accurate and improve results over time.
- Define how we measure quality, and use those measures to decide what ships.
